Who we are
Our story goes back over 40 years. First established in 1983 as North American Health Plans, we officially became known as Meritain Health in 2006.
In 2011, we became a proud subsidiary Aetna®. Seven years later, in 2018, we joined the CVS Health® family.
Today, we offer a “best of both worlds” experience to those we serve. It means connecting to over 700,000 providers nationwide, unmatched network discounts and one of the largest pharmacies.
