Tina G. Etzler, MAOM

Tina G. Etzler, MAOM oversees the strategy for Meritain Health’s Medical Management portfolio of products. She also works closely with American Health Holding to develop new—and enhance existing—programs to meet the needs of the market.

Tina supports the Client Management and Sales teams, working with brokers and clients as an internal subject matter expert for Medical Management. She develops and supports Meritain Health’s approach to programmatic interventions around critical medical plan cost drivers to reduce total cost of care. And she provides education to the organization in current critical topics like gene therapy and gender-affirming care.

Tina has worked for Aetna in various roles for 20 years and has been with Meritain Health for eight years. She has previously held vital roles in Medical Management and Informatics for Aetna’s division of government services, serving millions of members across eleven state Medicaid health plans.

Tina holds an undergraduate degree in liberal arts and a master’s degree in organizational management. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
